Holiday Stand Mixer Giveaway
**THIS GIVEAWAY IS CLOSED**
Happy Monday, friends! Since Christmas is just a few weeks away, I wanted to do something a little different today!
I can’t tell you how much it means to much to me when you take the time to make a recipe from my site, email me, leave a comment, or take a picture of a recipe you’ve made and send it to me. Without you this blog wouldn’t be possible and I’m truly grateful for all of you!
So this week I’m giving away three KitchenAid stand mixers! This post isn’t sponsored, it’s just my way of saying THANK YOU!
Three lucky winners will receive a KitchenAid Artisan® Series 5 Quart Tilt-Head Stand Mixer and a signed copy of my new cookbook, Live Well Bake Cookies. Each winner can pick the stand mixer color of their choice up to a $350 US value (and that’s in stock on KitchenAid’s website).
Giveaway Rules
In order to be eligible to win the prize listed above, you must be a US or Canadian resident and 18 years or older. Only one entry per person. This giveaway will close Thursday, December 9th, 2021 at 11:59 pm CST. I will randomly select the winners and notify the winners via email on Friday, December 10th, 2021. Each winner will have 72 hours to respond with their shipping address or a new winner will be chosen.

To enter this giveaway all you have to do is leave a comment on this post telling me which recipe or baking how-to post you would like to see on the blog next year.
P.S. The mixers and cookbooks will be shipped out as quickly as possibly to the winners, but it’s possible they may not arrive before Christmas.

Hi Danielle,
I love your the BEST chocolate cake recipe! I make it for every single birthday this last year! It is absolutely delicious!!! My favorite tip is the spoon and level with the flour. I use it for every recipe and really notice the difference when making bread!!

Have a happy new year!
Kelaiah.
I love that you brought my younger daughters into the excitement of baking. On many occasions they have checked my emails and run telling me they would love to bake what you have emailed. Thank you for sharing your expertise with us. I hope you have a wonderful holiday with your family.
I ABSOLUTELY LOVE YOUR RECIPES…BTW I HAVE HAD MY “ALMOND” kitchen aid artisan mixer for 40+ years and REALLY need a new one. Love your emails!!
God Bless,
Joanne
Could you do a post on pavlova? I‘ve yet to have one turn out well. Any tips would be appreciated.
Wishing you a Merry Christmas and all the best for the new year.
Hi Danielle, Depends what day it is, what my favorite is but I ❤ making bread, both quick and yeast. I would be interested in learning to make Yorkshire pudding..seems there should be sweet and savory variations. A stand mixer would be fun!
Hi Danielle,
I recently discovered Pavlova, oh my goodness, so light and fresh. What a great dessert anytime of year! I would love to learn how to make that. I love to bake but this one intimidates me. Thank you for doing what you do and giving us great recipes.
I need this mixer in my life! Thanks for the opportunity.
Thank you Danielle for the beautiful Red Velvet cupcake recipe. All the recipes are amazing. I would like to see more gluten free recipes in desserts. Or how to change a recipe for a diabetic to enjoy. I use almond flour in most your recipes. I make most my meals from scratch and I like to know what I’m eating.
Thanks for your blog!
Hi, Danielle! I absolutely love your cookie cookbook! We have made many batches from it, all delicious! I would love to have a recipe for Rum Balls. They bring back memories of my childhood but I do not see them anymore.
I look forward to your next books on cupcakes and candies – you are so talented (hint hint)! You make it easy for someone like me who really does not cook!
Wishing you and your family a very Merry Christmas!
Hi Danielle
I stumbled on your website recently and have enjoyed all your baking recipes and tips. I would love to see a good recipe for a Neapolitan pound cake recipe.
Thank. You
Hi Danielle!
I have enjoyed reading your blog and recipes for a long time now, thank you so much for brightening my days! I would love to see a recipe for homemade marshmallows. Happy holidays to you and your family!
I love your tiramisu recipe. Any thoughts on tweaking it with a liqueur? And I ‘d like to see more gluten free and/or flourless recipes. I’m still using a hand mixer I bought in 1986, and it’s finally starting to burn out. I’d love to trade up to a big girl mixer!
Thanks!
I would love to see a chocolate chewy cookie recipe. One of the recipes my kiddos love is the carrot cake.
Hi Danielle… I love to bake and enjoy your recipes… especially the cookies. I have been baking cheesecakes for the holidays for about thirty years now (from regular to low calorie and low fat… even gluten free once). I would love to see a “how to’ for preventing my cheesecakes from cracking during the cooling process. I’ve Googled and tried all kind’s of baker’s tips, but never seem to get it right. Although everyone loves to eat my cheesecakes, to me, presentation is just as important as flavor. Thank you for the great recipes and tips.
Hey Danielle, I love your recipes. Here’s one that I’d like to see you make. It’s Blueberry Delight! Preheat oven to 350°.
Crust: 1 cup chopped pecans (Bottom Layer)
1 1/2 cups all purposec flour
1 stick melted butter
Combine in pan til it resembles cookie dough. Then press into bottom of pan evenly. Bake 20-35 minutes until desired color on crust. Let cool completely.
Cream Cheese Filling: (Next Layer)
2 boxes softened cream cheese
2 cups sugar
8 ounces cool whip softened
Cream together in mixer.
2 cans blueberry pie filling (3rd Layer)
8 ounces cool whip softened (4th Layer)
Top with a few chopped pecans.
Best to refrigerate overnight.
Tip: When spreading out the fillings & cool whip, drop several spoonfuls evenly all over & then use back of spoon to smear them out.
Plus you can substitute pie fillings for other flavors as well as the nut of your choice. ENJOY!
“Your recipes never failed me yet”. I was searching for a basic scone recipe when I found your website. I baked them adding dried cranberries and orange zest. WOW!!! They were crumby and delicious. The method is so simple. Since then, I’ve tried additional varieties. Good every time. Next I wanted a muffin recipe using ingredients I already had at home. I tried the Morning Glory Muffins. It’s the best muffins I’ve ever made. I enjoyed them til the last crumb. I would like to see a Light Fruit Cake on your blog. This cake should be enjoyed all year long and not only at Christmastime. Keep up your fantastic work. Thanks to you, I’m now hooked on your website. Yummy every time.
You are by far my favourite blogger. I always trust your recipes and advice. I don’t ever think twice to try your new recipes because I know they’ll be a hit. I would like to see a salted caramel cupcske and maybe a coconut cupcake next year. Thank you for all the time and effort your it into your blog and sharing it with us. Lots of love from Toronto.
I would love to see a recipe for creme brulee. I’ve enjoyed your recipes, especially when I wasn’t a very bog baker before and am finding it less intimidating thanks to your help!
In our household we love your pie recipes, especially the key lime one that I commented on that turned out to be the BEST we have EVER had. What I would like to see are some recipes for ice cream pies, especially with your fabulous chocolate crust! Especially ones that could be adapted to the different seasons.
Thanks, and still loving your cookie book!
For 2022, I would love to see food art. Icing, veggie sculpture, presentations.
I’m embarrassed (and excited) to say I just discovered your website when I was searching for a recipe for almond biscotti. I’m making that recipe tomorrow!! I’m going to be making MANY of your recipes. I’ve always been a pretty good cook but baking has always scared me a bit. I’ve been diving into it lately. I’ve seen so many recipes that I can’t wait to try.
Happy Holidays to you and yours.
